Kit Stamps - Sentimental Rose
For our classes this month I took advantage of the Kit Promotion. We each had the boxed Sentimental Rose kit to use, but I opted for making cards which weren't in the kit by only using the stamps. This had the added bonus of there being 9 kit cards for each person to make, in addition to the class cards - 13 cards in total. Win, Win!
I love that you get a 'D' clear block in the kit and a mini gray granite ink spot too! So no need to purchase that colour ink! Below you can see a clear image of the stamps included in the kit.....
The first image shows the card flat and ready to go into a slimline envelope.
This second image shows a close up of the embossed area, I used the now retired Seabed 3D embossing folder - I don't think I'll part with this folder!
Finally, the card in standing position...
Our second card has a stamped white mat which has been trimmed into 3 equal strips.
Whilst three of our cards are stamped in grey granite and starry sky ink with card stock to match, the third card is monochrome in starry sky with white embossing.
Our fourth card makes use of just a sentiment from the set and no images, although I did manage to let the Seabed 3D embossing folder creep in again! This card is easily recreated with the help of my Stamparatus.
Embellished with a few retired sequins.
I hope you've enjoyed an alternative take on this set of stamps and will consider using our kits in multiple ways, not just in the prescribed method as shown in the samples.

Happy crafting!
