I’m spending time sorting items at my childhood home and came across some very early, and most definitely pre Stampin’ Up!, cards I made. Today I’m going to share them with you.
I won’t ask if you think I’ve improved or not! But I’ll be sure to share any more I find.
I recall learning how to tear this fibrous mulberry paper...
Stamping images and cutting them up into tiles -
Discovering blender pens to use with my watercolour pencils instead of a brush...
Fell in love with this stamp and bought a cloud stencil to go with it. I still have the stencil!
Using 2 masks together as embossing folders. Stamping on acetate and using a tissue paper technique on them -
I won’t ask if you think I’ve improved or not! But I’ll be sure to share any more I find.
Have you still got some of your very early cards? Are they very different to those you make now?
Now I need to get crafting and planning for our next class.
Happy crafting,
Lesley
