I don't generally have much time to enter challenges but this one is a colour challenge and two of the colours screamed at me from the screen, the brand new Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party. The third colour in the challenge is Daffodil Delight. Basic Black, Basic White, Very Vanilla are all permitted additions.
Below is the card I created.

The base card and top mat are Basic White with a mat of Basic Black in between to help the colours 'pop'.
I created a template mask using a scrap of card and the now retired Everyday Label Punch, through which I added each of the three colours with blending brushes.
Over this I stamped the tall daisy type flowers (Dragonfly Garden #154411) three times in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The sentiment is from the same set. Tiny embellishment gems are in the centre of the tallest of the flowers.
Although this card has lots of colour, I think it's a clean looking card with the monochrome background and I really quite like it. I hope you do too!
