Our cards for this month's Just For Fun class were created for us by the lovely Yvonne Bevan - Beespoke Crafts. All were stamped using the Delivering Cheer stamp set from the seasonal catalogue. The set is very versatile as it not only includes a Christmas tree but also images of gifts which can be used for birthdays and other event.
Below I'm sharing images of the cards....
Despite being fairly busy patterned paper in the picture above, the design works so well as the colours are all coordinated in the choice of Stampin' Blends used to colour the stamped images.
Patterned paper (DSP) can be a bit of a challenge when printed with text, but look how smart these cards are!
White ink, flicked across the surface of a plain card can quickly create a background image with ease, it doesn't overshadow the stamped images at all.
It isn't easy to see from the photograph, the cards above have a layer of window sheet (acetate) to create an uninhibited view of the checked inside of the card without opening it. This may be viewed a slightly better in the photo below.
