I often have the intention of making a quick card but then go blank when I sit down to make it! Today was different. I'd recently made a card using the Dandy Garden paper on a seaside spray card base and decided to use the same basic supplies to see what I could create, hopefully more than one card! I deliberately chose the same colour base and patterned paper for each of the cards I was about to make.
I cut an A4 sheet of seaside spray card in half then scored both halves. On both card bases I made two more cuts from the long edge of the card front to the centre fold. I stuck the narrow side pieces down and added patterned paper.
Both now resemble a Front Flap card, although the side pieces had been glued flat rather than cut away. The only thing I then did differently was to make an extra score line on one of the card fronts to turn it into an easel card. More patterned paper to decorate .... below you can see both cards.
