Looking Up


Have you taken a look at the kits in the catalogue recently? I love that they are more varied and not all floral.
I was particularly take by the Looking Up card kit. Yes, I know, it's probably the colours that drew me in but I can confirm that it was also the images too as this kit is just so suitable for both male and female.
Something else that I like with this particular kit is that the stamp set is included, along with a block (!) and a mini ink spot. Oh how I love those blocks!
Although the kit has suggestions on how to stamp and assemble the cards, I changed the greeting on the first one I sent as I wanted a simple but decorative 'Thank You' card. The original suggestion for this card was for a get well card.

Just look at those foiled elements -






I used Fine Tip Glue on the raindrop die cuts and also on some of the drops printed on the card front to make them appear wet, leaving them to dry for a few hours so they didn't smear when I touched the card.










Even the envelopes have matching interiors!
