As I mentioned not so long ago, I've got so far behind on my list that I began sending 'Happy Unbirthday' cards!
I was well chuffed with this card as I almost made it on time!
I'd been making some slider cards and also a couple of cards using the new Dandelion Wishes stamps. For this birthday card I decided to combine both.
I checked out the list and the lady likes oranges and gold. That made the colour choice easy.
I started with a base card in Pumpkin Pie. This was layered with matching Designer Series Paper from the Regals family and a strip of Pumpkin Pie die cut with a die from the Playful Pennants Framelits.
On top of this is a gold doily from my stash of retired product. the 'hello' sentiments is from Calligraphy Essentials.
The pull tag inside has been die cut with the word 'celebrate' from the Celebrate You Thinlets die set, then backed with Pumpkin Pie card.

I'm working on the basis that it's always good to receive happy mail, whether it's on time or not! After all, the lady in questions will have received lots of cards on the actual day!
