Another day, another birthday! This time I thought I'd make a magic card. The stamp set is Thoughtful Branches, sadly retired. Such a useful set!
My take on this is slightly different to the norm as you would usually stamp the acetate/window sheet layer with a black outline and the back card with the full colour image. I Didn't want the trunk of my tree to be black so I stamped in soft suede and heat embossed it in clear. I'm not sure if this works well at all. I'll let you be the judge of that!
I'm afraid my little mini video is sideways. I hadn't realised that when I'd recorded and it's now too late to redo as the card is at it's destination.... we learn by our mistakes!
