Dragonfly Wishes

Well, this birthday certainly snuck up on me last week! Totally unprepared!
I pulled out one of our new bundles - the Dragonfly Dreams stamps and Detailed Dragonfly Thinlets to create this card.
The base card is Rose Red, a colour that I just don't seem to use and I really don't know why! Here I've teamed it with DSP from the Serene Scenery DSP stack, Very Vanilla cardstock and our lovely Copper Foil Card. The colour behind the veins on the dragonfly wings is Rose Red and Crushed Curry. The dandelion puff balls have Dazzling Diamonds glitter applied with Heat and Stick so that there is a little shimmer when the light catches the card front. A stamped sentiment from the set is mounted on an oval die cut using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

I've used another sentiment from the set to stamp on the vanilla card inside, along with more dragonflies, Yes, those dragonflies again to decorate the envelope. Quite a pretty card, I think. I do hope you like it too.
