This Tuesday my friend Bernie and her husband will be celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. I wanted to use our luxurious flocked acetate and the Memorable Moments stamp set on their card and this is what I came up with.:
Originally I'd die cut, mounted and paper pierced '30th' to go on the front but my inky fingers left me having to either re-do the piece or have a re-think. Despite the flock being in real red, I managed to use it along with raspberry ripple, white, and a little grey to tone it down. The original piece went inside, along with some pearls. Few more pearls outside, it being her pearl anniversary, and into tomorrow's post. Hoping she like this as I didn't want the card to be too frothy.
I wish them both many more happy years together!
